Industry consultant Brenda Ryan of tdtOne passes after a battle with breast cancer

Listen to this article

Brenda Lee Ryan of Cornelius, NC, left this earthly plain on November 9, 2024, after a courageous ten-year battle with breast cancer.

She was the Founder and president of her own successful consulting firm, tdtOne, for twenty years. With her uncanny expertise in all things IT, accounting, HR, and management strategies, she was able to help dozens of businesses in our industry – both OEMs and especially her dealer clients – improve their business processes effectively while coaching and training their people expertly. Brenda mentored many women (and a few men, too) in the ways of the best practices in our industry. She was one of the first board members of MHEDA‘s Women In the Industry.

Her employees and clients trusted and loved her. She was athletic, playing softball and running track in school and being a Bud Light Softball Team member in Clearwater, FL. She was an avid runner and a capable motorcycle rider. “She was a beautiful, delicious woman and the best person her husband had ever known,” said Bill Ryan. She will be sorely missed.”

She is survived by her husband Bill, her sisters Patti Dauge and Linda Kessel, niece Jody Clausen of Belleview, Iowa, and her two dogs.

Please donate to the Susan G. Komen Foundation in Brenda’s name to cure cancer.
