Holland is the recipient of the 2012 Carrier Excellence Award in the LTL category by BNSF Logistics LLC. Award recipients were nominated by BNSF operations team members, then critically evaluated across a number of objective measures including: on-time service, capacity and overall customer service performance throughout the year of 2012. BNSF Logistics works with over 17,000 carriers around the globe and across all modes of transportation. “In 2012, BNSF Logistics once again achieved high marks in its annual customer service survey, and we owe much appreciation to the supporting partner service providers who performed day in and day out to deliver on the performance commitments made by both of our companies,” said Ray Greer, President of BNSF Logistics. “Delivering at the highest level of performance, Holland was an obvious choice as the ‘best of the best’ in LTL transportation.”

BNSF Logistics personnel recently visited Holland headquarters to personally issue the award.
