Alta Equipment Company® (Alta) and YES Equipment & Services, LLC (YES), announced that they have signed a definitive agreement under which Alta acquired the assets of YES in Illinois, resulting in Alta becoming an authorized Yale®  dealer in the state of Illinois. Alta will integrate YES customers and services into its current operations as it looks to expand and grow its footprint in the Chicago metropolitan market.
