Healthy KC is an initiative of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City, that recognizes organizations focusing on health and wellness in the workplace.
To qualify for this certification, companies are judged on four pillars of health: nutrition, physical activity, tobacco cessation and work/life integration. TVH achieved a silver level certification based on efforts to improve the health of employees.
