UniCarriers Americas Corporation (UCA) expands its team by hiring Jaimie E. Kowalski as its director of marketing. In this position, Kowalski is responsible for leading UCA’s marketing strategy. Kowalski will be focused on developing comprehensive marketing plans that ladder up to key strategic business objectives. Kowalski will be responsible for branding, advertising, lead generation, dealer support and digital innovation and growth. Kowalski says her goal is to make UCA known by 100 percent of its target audience through strong brand building, impactful creative campaigns and effective, multi-channel outreach.

Kowalski brings more than 20 years of marketing strategy and planning experience to UCA. Prior to joining UCA, Kowalski worked in the retail and finance industry, working as a marketing director for companies like Sears Holdings Corporation and JPMorgan Chase. Kowalski also has advertising agency experience working at Leo Burnett.

“UCA is very pleased to welcome Jaimie and her extensive resume in marketing excellence,” said Steve Cianci, UCA’s vice president of sales and marketing. “Her experience will bring rigor around marketing strategy, planning, execution and measurement to further grow the UCA brand.”

Kowalski earned two bachelor’s degrees in marketing and advertising from Columbia College in Chicago. Next year, she will have completed her executive MBA from Lake Forest Business School of Management in Lake Forest, Ill. She lives in the Chicagoland area with her husband and three children.
