CLARK Material Handling Company, a global manufacturer in the material handling industry, has been named as one of the BEST PLACES TO WORK in KENTUCKY  for 2019! CLARK has two facilities in Kentucky, its American headquarters and manufacturing plant in Lexington, and its state-of-the-art parts distribution center in Louisville. This is the second time that CLARK has been selected as BEST PLACE to WORK in KENTUCKY.

CLARK was chosen as a “Best Place to Work in Kentucky” following a rigorous selection process, managed by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management. The “Best Places to Work in Kentucky” program is a statewide program which was created in 2004 to identify, recognize and honor the best places
of employment in Kentucky.

The Best Places to Work in Kentucky Initiative is based on FORTUNE Magazine’s “100 Best companies to work for in America” list.

“For over 100 years CLARK has been known in the material handling industry as employing the most knowledgeable, highest quality and overall the BEST people in the industry. Our employees
are the reason that CLARK is a Best Place to Work,” said Dennis Lawrence, President & CEO. “This recognition is particularly meaningful because it is based primarily on feedback received
directly from our employees. Our employees and our culture have been the heartbeat of CLARK and as the company continues to grow, we will continue to foster a workplace environment built
on employee commitment, teamwork & integrity, corporate citizenship and the pursuit of excellence,” said Sherry Myers, Human Resources Manager.
