Oval vacuum cups ideal with part present technology for safe, ergonomic handling of heavy loads
Vi-Cas Manufacturing offers a wide range of vacuum cups for ergonomic lifters of all types and sizes. When combined with “part present” technology, they securely hold heavy loads until the part is properly seated in the next cell – thus avoiding premature release of the load. Vacuum cups hold the load firmly as additional components are added, thus increasing its weight and orientation. Round, rectangular or oval cups are available from stock for immediate shipment for a variety of lift manufacturers including Cynergy Ergonomics, Indutrol, and others. Sizes and types of cups to fit virtually any type of vacuum equipment used for lifting, manipulating, or “pick and place” applications.
