Check out ‘New Products & Technologies exhibitor preview,’ online planning tools to increase show ROI

Attendees can make the most efficient use of their valuable time onsite by using the shows’ interactive planning tools to organize their itinerary and create a personalized agenda ahead of time.

With the World of Asphalt and AGG1 “my show planner” and exhibitor directory, attendees can search the shows for exhibitors by company name, type of product or market area, booth number, and location on the show floor. Attendees can also schedule appointments as well as must-attend education sessions and networking events, and update their itinerary as needed pre-show and onsite.

The online New Products and Technologies exhibitor preview helps attendees quickly find new and innovative products and services that will be on display; special icons in the show directory will help attendees easily find program participants onsite.

Trip planning made easy with online hotel/travel booking, international visitor services

Attendees can book hotel rooms online, make travel arrangements, and check the many amenities and attractions of Baltimore USA, including the scenic Inner Harbor location of the convention center.

International visitors will find information about the U.S. visa application process and can access the shows’ U.S. visa assistance and invitation letter program. Information is available in Spanish and Portuguese, as well as English. An onsite International Trade Center, with DOC and show staff, will help connect show exhibitors with international visitors.

Baltimore is conveniently located just a one-hour transit ride away from the U.S. capital city of Washington, DC as well as historic Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. New York City is just a two-hour train ride away.
