The Motoring Matters Magazine Group (MMMG), publishers of PowerTorque Magazine and Delivery Magazine, is proud to announce that Ellen Voie CAE, President and CEO of Women in Trucking Inc. will be the keynote speaker at the company’s 2014 MMMG Awards Event.

Held at the Melbourne Convention Centre on Wednesday June 4th, the MMMG Awards recognise the latest technology developed in the Australian truck and trailer industries for PowerTorque Magazine and the Best Light Commercial Vehicles of 2014 on behalf of Delivery Magazine. The MMMG Awards, now in its tenth year, is the leading event in the Australian transport media calendar and is attended by the major CEOs  and executives of the various commercial vehicle manufacturers in Australia. This year the event will also be attended by a strong contingent of women in Australian transport, both at driver and company executive level.  We are really delighted to have Ellen Voie make the keynote  address at the annual awards.

The Women in Trucking Association in the United States has significantly raised the awareness of the transport industry as a career option for women. Ellen’s experience in highlighting these work alternatives is aimed at raising similar awareness in the Australian market at a time when there is a shortage of people entering the industry,” said Managing editor and publisher of MMMG Chris Mullett.PowerTorque Magazine and Delivery Magazine are each the leading Australian publications in their respective fields of truck and trailer technology and light commercial vehicles.
