WAVE Reaction including RFID, successfully supported EOS Climate in delivering a
market-driven system for complete life cycle management of refrigerant gases.
Each part of the supply chain has been integrated into one management tracking system. Previous methods required refrigerant distributors, service contractors, re-claimers, and end-users to maintain their own tracking systems. Unifying all of these disparate parts into one system, allows every pound of refrigerant to be tracked across its entire life cycle. The net results are better nancial and environmental outcomes. The system oers fully automated, mobile data entry and real time data access, in an industry where
standard models used to require manually processed paperwork for refrigerant banking and reclamation. “We are privileged to provide our solution sets to such a creative and business-minded team like EOS Climate and for such an important sustainability initiative,” said Brian Freymann, Vice President of Global Solutions for WAVE Reaction. “The complete program leverages our automation expertise to track every pound of refrigerant from purchase through end of life. We combined our technology with their business model innovation. The result is EOS Climate’s ability to dene multiple paths for refrigerant asset optimization, monetization and author a whole new market.”
EOS Climate’s innovative approach to managing and banking refrigerant assets has already garnered recognition for sustainability, nance, and marketing, including the California Governor’s Environmental and Economic Leadership Award and Global Cleantech’s Top Innovators in Cleantech.
