Bodine Electric Company has announced the retirement of Jeff Bodine as president, effective April 10, 2026. Jeff has been with the family-owned company for almost 48 years, serving as president since 2017. When announcing his retirement, Jeff stated, “Leadership transitions are significant milestones, particularly in a company like Bodine Electric with a proud family heritage, and I believe this transition will be seamless. I move into this next chapter of my life with tremendous confidence in our team and in the future of Bodine Electric Company.” Jeff Bodine will continue to serve as the company’s Chairman of the Board.

During their annual meeting in April, the company’s Board of Directors elected Jeff Stahl as the new president. Jeff Stahl has served as Chief Financial Officer of Bodine Electric Company’s finance department for over 25 years. Jeff Bodine expressed his confidence in his successor: “Jeff brings strong operational insight, steady leadership, and a deep appreciation for Bodine’s culture and values.”
