Jeff Crotto, CERP, president of All About Events, Jacksonville, Fla., has been installed as board chair of the American Rental Association (ARA), an international trade association serving the equipment and event rental industry.

As ARA’s chair, Crotto will be responsible for effectively guiding a 17-member board of directors and their related work to lead the membership organization in implementing ARA’s core purpose of supporting the success of members and advancing the equipment and event rental community.

Crotto has been an active volunteer having most recently completed his term as ARA president. His other volunteer service includes serving as ARA Region Three director (2019-2021) and as a member of the ARA Executive Committee in 2021 and 2023. He served on the ARA of Florida board of directors in several positions including president and vice president. He has attended The ARA Show™ since 2010 and was a member of The ARA Show Task Force from 2016-2018. He also served on the ARA Event Rental Shared Interest Group in 2015-2016, the ARA Volunteer Recognition Awards Committee in 2017 and the Event Rental Advocacy Group since 2021, along with many other acts of volunteerism involving the ARA and his community.

As he transitions into the role of ARA board chair, Crotto says serving as president of the association over the past year was “an amazing experience, and I can’t wait to see where the industry continues in the future.”
