Caster Connection has announced the expansion of its revolutionary CC Nexus product line. Originally launched with the highly acclaimed 8” size, the CC Nexus now includes 6” and 10” size options, offering even more versatility for material handling applications across industries.

The CC Nexus has already set a new standard for heavy-duty, ergonomic casters with its innovative multi-wheel design, modularity, and performance-enhancing features. The addition of 6” and 10” wheels broadens its usability, allowing customers to customize caster solutions even further to meet their facility’s unique requirements.

Joe Lyden

“Since its launch, the CC Nexus has been embraced by industries ranging from automotive and aerospace to material handling and logistics,” said Joe Lyden, President of Caster Connection. “Adding 6” and 10” options to the line underscores our commitment to offering tailored solutions that enhance performance, improve safety, and meet our customers’ diverse needs.”

Enhanced Ergonomics and Performance

The CC Nexus is engineered with a unique multi-wheel design where each wheel pivots independently, minimizing scrubbing and reducing rolling resistance. This feature makes it easier to maneuver heavy loads in tight spaces while reducing the exertion required by workers. With the addition of smaller 6” wheels and larger 10” wheels, the CC Nexus now offers the perfect solution for a wider range of applications.

Industry-Specific Benefits

•  6” CC Nexus wheels are designed for applications that need high precision, quiet operation, and excellent ergonomic advantages. They are perfect for industrial manufacturing, autonomous vehicles, and manual material handling operations.

•  10” CC Nexus wheels are designed to easily handle heavier payloads, making them perfect for industries like automotive, aviation, and manufacturing, especially for manual push/pull operations.

Innovative Modularity

As with the original 8” model, the new 6” and 10” CC Nexus casters feature modular designs that enable customization to suit specific needs. This makes them an excellent choice for manual and automated material handling systems, ensuring that ergonomic performance and productivity are optimized at every level.

Commitment to Excellence

The expanded CC Nexus line exemplifies Caster Connection’s dedication to innovation and ergonomic safety. By addressing the diverse needs of industries such as logistics, aerospace, OEM equipment, and more, the CC Nexus line empowers customers to optimize their operations while protecting their workforce.
