Intella Parts Company declared a winner in its contest to find the oldest operating Toyota forklift. Alexander Toolsie from Burlington, Ontario, submitted the winning entry for a 1978 Toyota model 42-3FGC20 forklift. Mr Toolsie was awarded a $100 gift certificate to be used on Intella’s website and a $100 Visa gift card.
Intella offers aftermarket parts for most all brands of forklifts and most ages, even the old models.
“Even if customers are operating older forklifts, Intella can supply the aftermarket parts they need to keep these older models running,” says Marcel VandenTop, president of Intella Parts Company. This is the second year Intella has run its ‘oldest forklift’ competition. In 2023, a multi-month competition resulted in the finding of a 1945 KD model in Amarillo, Texas.
