Hytrol hires Shew to leader their academic partnership initiative

Natalie Shew has been named Hytrol’s new Manager of Academic Partnerships. Shew will lead Hytrol’s new Academic Partnership initiative. Working closely with regional schools and colleges, Shew will develop programs and relationships that promote education in manufacturing and automation while increasing the talent pool.

Shew joins Hytrol from the University of Arkansas where she served as assistant director of proposals and planning for university advancement. With 10 years of experience in non-profit and for-profit management, Shew has held diverse roles such as directing proposals and private grants for a $1.2 billion campaign, founding a technical writing company, and working in educational advocacy in India, Afghanistan, and Northwest Arkansas.

Shew is a Memphis, Tennessee native. Her husband Dr. Aaron Shew is the REL Wilson Chair of Agriculture Economics at Arkansas State University. The pair reside in Jonesboro with their two large dogs.
