The RAVAS RPW-EL weighing system is an accurate scale that can be built into the forks of any brand and model walkie or rider pallet truck. Anything you lift is instantly weighed, you no longer need to go back and forth to a floor scale. It is not a fork cover design. We physically remove the forks from the linkage forward, rebuild the fork assembly incorporating 6 load cells (3 per fork) and install our 310 weight indicator onto the truck. This process allows display accuracies of 1 or 2 lb.
Additionally the change in the fork dimensions is minimized, ensuring a clean interface with standard GMA pallets. Normal fork height increase is 0.25”, fork width increase 1”. The scale can operate stand alone, with the optional possibility of a printer that prints weights, ID codes and date / time, or can be tied in with an ERP or WMS system for data transfer via Bluetooth or WiFi.
