Feeding difficult bags and pouches has never been easier. The Model 3PVS Vertical Feeding System is a reliable automated machine for downstream labeling and/or printing. The system is designed for feeding zippered pouches and bags, coffee bags, foil pouches, gusseted bags, auto-bottom cartons. The bags/pouches are delivered to the pick system vertically on edge, placed onto the pusher transfer system, pushed, aligned and presented to the downstream conveyor. Bags or pouches that stands on edge are a match for this feeder. Great for short runs and frequent change overs.
The system comes standard with 3 feet bulk load infeed conveyor. The bags are advanced to the pick and place automatically. Bags are picked one at a time and placed on the pusher transfer system. The bag/pouch aligns while being pushed onto the labeling or printing conveyor. The system is fully adjustable for a wide variety of pouches and bags. Loading new pouches can be done while running, no need to stop. The user friendly design requires minimal maintenance and is designed for non-stop operation 24/7.
