DAVACO integrates supply chain services with program management & execution of multi-unit initiatives to help brands alleviate challenges related to order management, material visibility and the coordination of multiple suppliers to meet critical program schedules

 DAVACO has introduced an enhanced service that streamlines the movement of assets and inventory to support multi-unit programs. Building on the company’s existing logistics and consolidation capabilities, DAVACO supply chain provides speed to market, with a single point of contact, from procurement and logistics to final installation. Integrating supply chain services with program management and execution helps brands alleviate the challenges related to order management, material visibility and the coordination of multiple suppliers to meet critical program schedules.

By working earlier in the development of programs with clients and suppliers, DAVACO can identify efficiencies and resources needed to better synchronize FF&E/OS&E deliveries with project execution. The company coordinates purchasing, inventory management, transportation, warehousing, consolidation, material sequencing and various ‘in a box” solutions that are customized to maximize each initiative.
