Shoppa’s Material Handling is excited and proud to announce that Toyota Material Handling U.S.A., its main brand manufacturer, has awarded the dealership its 15th Toyota President’s Award in recognition of excellence in parts, service and equipment sales, overall operations and customer satisfaction. This coveted award is the highest honor a Toyota Material Handling dealership can receive. Winners were announced at Toyota’s Annual Forklift Dealer meeting last month.

“I’m thrilled and delighted that our Shoppa’s team has brought home the prestigious Toyota President’s Award for the 15th year,” says Jim Shoppa, president of Shoppa’s Material Handling. “Our mission is to be the best partner for our customers in the material handling industry and this recognition speaks to our success.”

Shoppa’s Material Handling was also awarded the Toyota Sales Elite Award that honors Toyota Material Handling dealers with high sales of new Toyota equipment. Shoppa’s Material Handling and Shoppa’s Mid America had several salespeople who were awarded recognition from Toyota Sales Society, including five who sold 150 or more new units, four with sales of 100 or more new units and three who sold 75 or more new units.

Shoppa’s Mid America, located in Kansas City, MO., was awarded Service Excellence, Parts Excellence and CSS Excellence awards at the meeting.

“These awards speak to how seriously everyone in the Shoppa’s organization takes their responsibility to put the customer first,” Shoppa said. “Our goal is to be the premier material handling solutions provider in our  locations.”
Shoppa’s Material Handling has locations in Fort Worth, Amarillo, Brownwood, Lubbock, Odessa, San Angelo, Saginaw, Wichita Falls and Kansas City, MO.
