Riekes Equipment and Bublitz Material Handling officially announce their merger. The merger is effective today and the companies will combine business operations in the coming year. The combined, privately held company will operate under the Riekes Equipment name and to be headquartered in Omaha, NE.

We expect this to boost both our financial performance and customer-facing operations. “

In 2018 the companies positioned themselves for growth by launching:
- Advanced Technology Investments – launching a new business operations software which will provide both relationship management and automated field services.
- Revamped Operational Structure – New leadership structure to provide strategic direction and ensure a quality experience for clients and employees.
In addition, the combined operations will benefit from the expansion of the rental division. Together, the companies have more than 200 employees and more than 15,000 customers.
