Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc. (MCFA), a manufacturer of forklifts under the Cat® lift trucks, Mitsubishi forklift trucks and Jungheinrich® brands, will host its second annual National Forklift Safety Day on Tuesday, June 9 at their Houston, Texas headquarters. MCFA will promote the safe and efficient operation of forklifts through a fun-filled day of collaborative events with over 800 MCFA employees in attendance.
National Forklift Safety Day is sponsored by the Industrial Truck Association (ITA), which hosts an annual safety day event in Washington, D.C. This nationally-recognized day serves as a focal point for manufacturers to highlight the safe use of forklifts and the importance of operator training. ITA’s event provides an opportunity for the industry to educate customers, policymakers and the administration on forklift operating safety practices.
