The material handling buy and sell platform Forklift has released its new app available for iOS and Android.

“The Forklift App will save both end-users and material handling dealers a lot of time searching and adding new equipment to the Forklift site.” said Christoph Schmid the CEO of Forklift.

For the end-user of Forklift they can search for material handling equipment with over 80,000 offers ranging from forklifts, attachments, batteries, chargers, aerial work platforms, scrubbers and sweepers.

“One of the best features is for Forklift Dealer members where they can use their smartphone and take pictures as the equipment arrives.” Schmid said.  “The data and pictures are automatically sent to the administration area on their account, they can make additional updates and make it live”. Schmid added.

The Forklift buy and sell platform just celebrated their 20th anniversary and recently is now associated with material handling magazines Material Handling Wholesaler and Material Handling Network to market the Forklift website in North America.  “Forklift is really taking off.  Monthly traffic since our association has grown over 600% each month over prior year since we started promoting Forklift starting on January 1st.” said Dean Millius, General Manager and Publisher of Material Handling Wholesaler. He added, “At the recent ProMat our booth was very busy with demos of the Forklift app and when we talked about the time savings with the Forklift App they wanted to sign up right there!”

Schmid added, “What’s good to know for the dealer is that when they upload their equipment on the Forklift platform for machine management you can export the data for internal use as well use on other platforms. You don’t need to be exclusive to Forklift.”

Dealers in North America are encouraged to call Material Handling Wholesaler and Material Handling Network for a no-obligation demo of the many features such as inventory management,  producing flyers and creating quotes in less than a minute or less.
