Wabash National Corporation, a diversified industrial manufacturer and producer of semi-trailers and liquid transportation systems, announced that Mark Weber, senior vice president and group president of Diversified Products, has left the company effective immediately to pursue other opportunities. Brent Yeagy, president and chief operating officer, will step in to lead the Diversified Products Group until a successor is named.

“I want to thank Mark for his many contributions these past twelve years, particularly for his tremendous effort and willingness to take on the task of leadership for our Diversified Products businesses these past four years,” said Dick Giromini, chief executive officer. “This experience, combined with his years serving as our chief financial officer, positions Mark well for continued success in his career.

“Through this period of transition,” Giromini continued, “we remain committed to our growth and diversification strategy, with immediate focus on execution, enhancing business collaboration and optimizing manufacturing processes.”
