As a regional aftermarket manager, Carlos Ricardo Ebel-Fonseca is responsible for parts goals and increasing UCMEX parts sales through dealer network activities, improving dealer-specific issues, providing dealer training on UCMEX/UCA processes and systems wherever needed and tracking dealer participation and works to improve relationships by making regular dealer calls to improve dealer engagement and participations in UCMEX parts.

Prior to joining UCA, Ebel-Fonseca was a parts manager, service manager and an aftermarket manager for Transportes y gruas Auriga. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de estudios Superiores de Monterrey Campus Queretaro.
