UniCarriers Americas Corporation (UCA) expands its national accounts team by hiring Tim Karnitz as senior manager of national accounts, David Brady as national accounts manager and Sean Beaulieu as national accounts technical specialist.

As a senior manager of national accounts, Karnitz is responsible for managing direct account responsibilities to increase market share, grow sales revenues and expand profit margins. Karnitz has more than 25 years of national account experience in the capital equipment industry. Prior to joining UCA, Karnitz worked on national account teams for the Tennant Company and Nilfisk Advance, Inc., where he served the industrial equipment markets. Karnitz earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and sales from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Mich. He currently lives in Minneapolis with his wife and is an avid boating enthusiast.

In his position as national accounts manager, Brady is responsible for national account sales and relationship management. He has more than 25 years of experience in the material handling industry, including 11 years as a national accounts manager for Hyster/Yale. Brady earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Western Michigan University. He currently lives in Cary, N.C., with his wife and has three children, all of whom are recent college graduates.

As a national accounts technical specialist, Beaulieu is responsible for working with national account managers in resolving technical issues in the field, managing the implementation of solutions and confirming that solutions corrected the issue. With more than 10 years of experience in the material handling industry, he has worked as a service manager and a used equipment manager for a UniCarriers dealer. Beaulieu currently lives in McHenry, Ill., with his wife and two sons. He enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.

“We are very excited to welcome Tim, David and Sean to our fast-growing national accounts team,” said Brian Markison, director, North American Sales. “All three carry more than a decade of field knowledge and expertise, and we believe their experience will make them reliable and valuable resources to our dealers.”
