TVH in the Americas (TVH), provider of quality replacement parts and accessories for the material handling and industrial equipment industry is proud to announce that it has been awarded the “Employer of the Year Award” by Access, Lift & Handlers (ALH) at their annual conference and awards ceremony on October 11th, 2016 in Miami, FL.

This award recognizes companies that demonstrate an above and beyond commitment to their employees’ growth and wellbeing as well as providing a rewarding and stimulating work environment.

This year’s ALH judges said of TVH’s win: “They go beyond the normal. They are innovative and the employee program is well-rounded. From the leadership academy, mentoring and reimbursed tuition – they ticked all of the boxes.”

“TVH is honored to receive the Employer of the Year Award,” said Els Thermote, CEO of TVH. “It is our goal to foster a challenging and rewarding environment which encourages teamwork, growth and development, creativity and initiative. Because of this I truly believe that we have created a workplace culture that is second-to-none. Being honored in this way confirms that what we are doing is working and is a testament to our success.”
