TVH recycles more than 350 tons of materials

TVH in the Americas (TVH), provider of quality replacement parts and accessories for the material handling and equipment industries, is proud to announce that it recycled more than 369 tons of paper, cardboard and other recyclable materials in 2016.

With 14 locations in the Americas, TVH knows that by making even one small change that they can make a big impact on the local community and the environment. Through its recycling efforts, one of the company’s many environmentally-friendly programs, TVH saved:

  • 6,273 trees
  • 2,583,000 gallons of oil
  • 1,476,000 kilowatt hours of electricity
  • 1,217.7 cubic yards of landfill space

TVH is actively making choices to be a good corporate citizen and to lessen our impact on the environment by using recycled materials whenever possible.  In addition to its recycling efforts, TVH has implemented a lighting program that has reduced its carbon emissions by over 200 tons.

In 2017, TVH will continue to apply green processes to help reduce unnecessary waste and create a healthy environment for its employees.
