TVH in the Americas (TVH), provider of quality replacement parts and accessories for the material handling and industrial equipment industry is gearing up for their Fall-O-Me to Healthy Living Walking Challenge. This 4 week challenge motivates employees to walk a minimum of 8,000 steps a day.

“Our walking challenges provide an excellent opportunity to begin the wellness journey or improve their past performance,” said Lucy DelSarto, Health and Wellness Coach at TVH. Walking can also be beneficial for your work performance by improving your mood and spark creativity.

Employees who participate in the walking challenge for the first time receive a Garmin VivoFit2 wearable device to track their steps. If the challenge is completed successfully, they get to keep their wearable device free of charge and receive 30 Nudge Points. Employees who participated in past challenges that increase their daily step average receive an additional 15 Nudge Points. Nudge Points are awarded to employees who participate in company sponsored healthy activities which can be redeemed for Nudge clothing and gadgets as rewards for their healthy habits.

TVH has grown to become one of the most respected names in the material handling and industrial equipment industry.
