OnSSI announces the appointment of B&T Sales LLC as their manufacturer’s representative for the Rocky Mountain territory including Colorado, Eastern Montana, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming. From their headquarters in Colorado, B&T Sales will direct and support sales activity of OnSSI’s latest Ocularis 5 VMS solution to a wide cross section of integrators, dealers, consultants, distributors
and end users in the Rocky Mountain region.

“B&T Sales has an outstanding reputation for customer support that is grounded in technical expertise and superior operational management,” said Ken LaMarca, Vice President, Sales & Marketing, OnSSI. “We look forward to working with them and growing the opportunities for Ocularis implementations throughout this important market.”

B&T Sales has been servicing the Rocky Mountain region since 2007. Their areas of expertise include commercial video surveillance and access control, audio/visual and data communications systems, as well as the lock and hardware markets.

“Our success depends on us bringing the best and most innovative solutions to the customer,” said Tom McAfee, President, B&T Sales LLC. “OnSSI’s Ocularis solution helps us achieve this because it is the most intelligent, cost-effective VMS platform on the market.”

Ocularis 5 is offered in three models: Professional, designed for organizations operating multiple locations with small to mid-sized camera counts; Enterprise, built for a wide range of mid to large IT-centric organizations; and Ultimate, created for large organizations with extended command and control needs and recording server failover. Recent additions to the Ocularis 5 platform include: an auto-updating feature like those available on most smartphones and tablets; Smart Camera Driver technology that provides out-of-the-box support for newly introduced cameras from industry-leading camera manufacturers; camera mapping via GPS on Ocularis Maps; and a new Mobile app that enables the streaming of live video from Android smartphones and devices to and from the Ocularis 5 VMS.
