Myers Industries, Inc. announced that the Board of Directors unanimously elected F. Jack Liebau Jr. as Chairman of the Board. Serving as a director since 2015, Mr. Liebau brings extensive financial, strategic and executive experience to the board.

The Company also announced that Daniel R. Lee and Jane Scaccetti have been elected directors at the company’s annual meeting, replacing Robert B. Heisler Jr. and Phillip T. Blazek. Mr. Lee is the President and CEO of Full House Resorts, Inc. (NASDAQ: FLL) and is a director of Associated Capital Group (NYSE: AC) and ICTC Group. Ms. Scaccetti is the CEO and founding partner of Drucker & Scaccetti, an accounting and tax advisory firm. She serves as the chair of the audit committee of Penn National Gaming, Inc. (NASDAQ: PENN) and is a former director of The Pep Boys (NYSE: PBY), Nutrition Management Services Company, and Keystone Health Plan East.
