Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc. (MCFA) announced that it has appointed Eaheart Industrial Service, Inc. (Eaheart) to represent its three brands (Cat®lift trucks, Mitsubishi forklift trucks and Jungheinrich® warehouse products) in over 100 counties and cities in the state of Virginia.

Eaheart was founded in 1963 by Ben Eaheart. For 52 years they have been a full-service material handling dealer with an emphasis on customer service and support. Eaheart has served as a Mitsubishi forklift truck dealer in most of Virginia since 1983, with facilities in Richmond, Bedford and Hampton Roads, Virginia. The company has a strong service reputation throughout the state of Virginia.

“Eaheart Industrial Service has been a longstanding and reliable partner to MCFA for over three decades,” said Kent Eudy, executive vice president of sales and marketing at MCFA. “Their experience with our Mitsubishi forklift trucks brand over the years, combined with their commitment to total customer satisfaction, will allow for a seamless transition in representing the Cat lift trucks and Jungheinrich warehouse product lines, in addition to Mitsubishi forklift trucks.”

“Loyal users of Cat lift trucks, Mitsubishi forklift trucks and Jungheinrich warehouse products can rest assured that the Eaheart team is well prepared to carry on the longstanding tradition of excellence and dependability they have come to expect from our products,” said Eudy.
