Magline acquires assets of Mule battery powered lifting products

Magline, manufacturer of innovative lightweight route distribution solutions, acquired the assets of The Mule battery powered lifting product by Beyond Products, Inc.  The Magline branded and upgraded product has been launched and is called LiftPlus™

The LiftPlus is a versatile all-in-one system that encompasses an electric screw drive system providing smooth and quiet operation.  Its narrow footprint fits through doorways and into tight spaces; eliminating the need for a fork truck when not required.  The available end effectors are equipped with quick-change brackets allowing one LiftPlus unit to perform multiple jobs, and it easily folds for storage and transporting.

Greg Ecker, Magline’s president & COO, said, “The acquisition of The Mule product line marks a further step in the strategy of building a portfolio of best-in-class material handling products. This product acquisition fits well within our stated objectives, and we are excited about the value it will generate. LiftPlus is a terrific product addition to our current platform and re-balances the portfolio as we continue to expand our offering.”

Andrea Horner, Magline’s vice president of marketing stated, “This powered product is strategic to us in so many ways. First and foremost, it significantly deepens our portfolio of Magliner products and services. This expansion demonstrates our customer commitment to offer a full breadth of durable, ergonomic, and quality equipment to allow safe use and transport of items.”
