As the planning and purchases coordinator, Rafael Nishino is responsible for coordinating and planning spare parts orders of the complementary supplies for the office and warehouses, as well as developing local suppliers to provide better customer service for dealers and end users.

Nishino earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanics from Paulista University in São Paulo, Brazil. In addition to Portuguese, Nishino is also fluent in English and Japanese.

UCSA established operations in Brazil in January 2014, although its brands have had a presence in the market for decades.
