Decisiv, Inc.,  provider of a Service Relationship Management (SRM) software platform for commercial vehicle, heavy equipment and industrial asset service management, announced it has been named the silver award winner in the Most Innovative Company of the Year category of the Best in Biz Awards 2017 International independent global business awards program.

“Over the past 15 years, the Decisiv solution has continuously evolved to address service event management challenges for commercial, industrial and manufacturing assets,” said Michael Riemer, VP Product and Channel Marketing at Decisiv. “We are now creating and strengthening customer-provider-manufacturer service relationships across different markets on a global basis.”

For many industries, phone, email, paper, and siloed applications continue to be the foundation for asset service management. Without automated processes in place, human intervention is needed at every step to open a case, connect the parties needed to implement a fix, and manually enter data as the case progresses. The resulting information chaos negatively impacts uptime, profitability, and operational efficiencies.

The Decisiv platform is a cost-effective, scalable approach to engaging the entire service supply chain. It fuels collaboration by enabling communication and providing in-context access to information to drive uptime, reduce total cost of ownership, and ensure service event consistency for any asset type. The opportunity to revolutionize service event management using the Decisiv SRM platform is detailed in a white paper, Service Relationship Management, A Strategic Approach to Commercial Asset Management.

Entries for the Best in Biz Awards program are judged each year by editors and reporters at top-tier publications from around the world. Almost 300 public and private companies from all sectors of the global economy and more than 30 countries competed this year in a range of categories.
