Cimcorp USA hires material and handling expert to expand Atlanta office

Cimcorp, a manufacturer and integrator of turnkey robotic gantry-based order fulfillment and tire handling solutions, announces the addition of Bruce Bleikamp, sales manager, to its new U.S.-based office, Cimcorp USA, Inc. (Cimcorp USA), in Norcross, Georgia. Bleikamp will look to expand Cimcorp USA’s sales and service activities to its customers in its target markets, including, consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, and retail and e-commerce.

Bleikamp, who has 25 years of experience in designing and implementing material handling solutions for distribution, e-commerce and manufacturing operations, has worked extensively with automated storage, conveyor, sortation, palletizing and guided vehicle systems across a wide range of industries and applications. As a key part of the company’s Warehouse Systems sales team, Bleikamp will ensure Cimcorp USA’s new and existing customers receive the highest quality service during optimization of material flows in automated warehouses and distribution centers.

Bleikamp says, “It is a very exciting time for the warehouse automation industry. Manufacturers and distributors are in need of a solution that can help eliminate their unique omni-channel challenges and obstacles. I am thrilled to join the Cimcorp team and ensure that our customers are satisfied and get the most out of our systems.”

Located in an emerging business and technology hub, Cimcorp opened its U.S. office during the second quarter of 2016. The location will provide Cimcorp’s sales and service team with a local home base in the Southeast market, which has a large projected growth for intralogistics, warehouse automation and manufacturing.
