They are responsible for helping customers with training in the field and with telephone technical support. They will also provide extensive training to Betts Truck Parts & Service sales and service teams, extending local expertise throughout the branch network.

“We are pleased to welcome Lars and Jake as our new product experts,” said John Devany, sales manager, Betts Truck Parts & Service. “In addition to helping customers and training employees, our product managers provide important roles in managing inventory and strengthening our vendor relationships.”
