UniCarriers Americas Corporation (UCA) introduces its new TX30M, TX35M and TX40M three-wheel, electric forklift trucks. These new forklifts replace the current Platinum TX Series as UniCarriers continues to upgrade its full line of forklifts. The new trucks incorporate advanced technologies that deliver improved performance and reliability as well as additional features that are desired in materials handling operations. Plus they are backed by UniCarriers Americas’ best-in-class, 2-year/unlimited hours limited warranty.

Available in 3,000, 3,500 and 4,000-pound capacities, the new TX–M lift trucks feature electric power steering that eliminates the mechanical and hydraulic components from the previous series, while increasing energy efficiency and decreasing steering effort. Performance has been optimized with a package of enhancements that includes: ramp hold for smoother operation on inclines; a low-maintenance automatic parking brake with “no effort required” design; five factory performance settings for more versatility; and wider mast for better visibility.

The fully sealed IP54 drive and pump motors are protected from debris and moisture, decreasing maintenance while simultaneously increasing operating reliability and uptime.

“Our previous generation three-wheel lift trucks were very solid and reliable performers, but with the new TX-M Series, we’ve been able to make significant and measurable improvements in every area,” said Mark Porwit, Director, Corporate Planning, UniCarriers Americas. “Reliability, performance, efficiency and operator comfort have all been enhanced in our new TX-M Series. Key improvements are: improved reliability from TX-M’s new sealed motors; more powerful motors for improved travel speeds; lift speeds, lowering speeds and improved gradability; more efficient steering with the addition of power steering; ramp/incline hold; an automatic parking brake; more factory settings to optimize performance; and more visibility between the mast rails. The TX-M also comes with more standard features and options while continuing to be backed by UniCarriers two-year warranty.”

The new electric forklifts are available with additional standard options such as quad mast, drive-in-rack, foot direction pedal and forward or reverse activated blue spotlights.
