Stronghold Coatings introduces RepaCoat FX, a permanently elastic two-component polyurethane elastomer which is ideal for sealing and repair of flexible products like natural and synthetic rubber, as well as metal, wood, and concrete. This fast curing, highly wear and abrasion resistant product is easily and economically applied on-site. It is temperature resistant to 120 degrees C (248 degrees F) continuous and 160 degrees C (320 degrees F) peak. It is highly resistant to aggressive environments, and provides full elastic recovery even after multiple elongations and compression loading. RepaCoat FX allows economical, on-site application, making it is ideal for use on gaskets, conveyor belts, rollers, expansion joints, bridge piers, pipes and elbows, tubes, pumps, impellers, tanks, silos, and more.
In addition to Repa Coat FX, Stronghold Coatings offers hard versions of Repa Coat products for abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and wear-and-corrosion resistance, and coatings for food and potable water.
