Rental has selected Club Car’s rental-ready Carryall utility vehicles as a recipient of one of its 2016 Editor’s Choice Awards.

The vehicles were selected for the award based on several factors, including online audience engagement over a 12-month period. Other criteria included innovation, versatility, productivity and profit potential.

“We’re excited to present the 2016 Editor’s Choice Award winners. As always, this year’s winning products represent the best of what leading manufacturers have to offer for today’s rental inventories,” says Jenny Lescohier, editor of Rental. “Products chosen for this honor are those that construction professionals have shown active interest in, so it follows they’ll be looking for them at their preferred rental source. We’re pleased to offer this useful insight to our readers.”

“We have worked very hard to create vehicles and support services that meet the demanding needs of rental houses and contractors, and are honored that a leading industry publication like Rental has recognized our success,” says Jeff Miller, Club Car’s Strategic Accounts & Custom Solutions Leader.

About Carryall 1500 and 1700 Utility Vehicles

Both the two-passenger Carryall 1500 and four-passenger Carryall 1700 utility vehicles are built on long-lasting rustproof aluminum frames and engineered for extreme conditions. They’re available with commercial-grade gasoline or diesel engines and a total vehicle capacity of up to 1,750 lbs. (793.8 kg).

Their IntelliTrak™ automatic all-wheel-drive system simplifies driver’s training, reduces maintenance and cuts downtime.

And their exclusive four-link semi-independent rear suspension system combines independent suspension performance with solid-axle strength. The vehicles maintain their axle ground clearance and deliver a comfortable ride, even when fully loaded on rocky terrain.

The vehicles are engineered for top-down serviceability, with little need to go under the vehicle or remove components. And they are backed by the industry’s only dedicated rental support team. Team members work one-on-one with customers to speed training, service and parts delivery and troubleshoot issues at no charge.
