Alta Equipment Company® (Alta) announced that it has acquired Elite Heavy Equipment Services, LLC (Elite). Founded in 2008, Elite was the premier independent heavy equipment field service company in Illinois. Alta will take over the operations of its Spring Grove, IL facility and retain all Elite service technicians.
