SpaceGuards New Centurion™ Primus Jack and Unveiled the Innovative BeastWire® Tunnel Door

The storage and safety experts debuted the new Centurion™ Primus Jack and BeastWire® Tunnel Door alongside the Centurion™ Rack Repair Kits, RageWire®, and BeastWire®

SpaceGuard Products debuted its new Centurion™ Primus Jack and BeastWire® Tunnel Door, and showcase its proven Centurion™ Pallet Rack Repair Kits, RageWire®, and BeastWire® mesh rack safety systems.

Headlining SpaceGuard exhibit was the new Centurion™ Primus Jack, a modular lifting tool designed to safely elevate the front leg of a pallet rack upright for fast repairs, often without unloading pallets. With adjustable height in 2-inch increments, a stackable lift column, and proximity-based lifting from the repair zone, the Primus Jack helps teams complete rack repairs quickly and precisely while improving safety and reducing disruption.

Also showcased at MODEX 2026, the new BeastWire® Tunnel Door is engineered to redefine high-clearance access in busy rack aisles and tunnel zones. Designed to provide vertically unlimited vertical clearance, the Tunnel Door removes traditional overhead obstructions, making it ideal for environments that rely on cranes, tall masts, or oversized pallet loads. An above-floor control system eliminates the need for floor cutting or trenching, maintaining slab integrity while simplifying installation. Its precision-guided track ensures a smooth travel path, and a self-aligning locking mechanism delivers secure engagement every time the door closes, removing the need for lifting or manual adjustment. With a compact retraction footprint that reduces lateral bracing and “parking space” requirements, the BeastWire® Tunnel Door offers a reliable, rugged, and truly revolutionary solution for high-traffic, high-clearance applications.

Engineered to set the industry benchmark for rack restoration, Centurion™ Pallet Rack Repair Kits provide a fully engineered, modular repair system designed to restore and reinforce damaged pallet rack uprights with exceptional strength, adjustability, and speed. This line gives facilities a dependable alternative to full rack replacement, minimizing downtime, extending rack life, and supporting safer, more efficient warehouse operations.

Also on display was the RageWire® Machine and Robotic Guarding, a next-generation wire mesh system engineered for machine and robotic safety. RageWire® combines a frameless, high-tensile wire design, modular components, and quick panel lift-out capability to create strong, adaptable barriers that protect personnel and equipment while maintaining clear visibility and efficient maintenance access.

Rounding out the display, BeastWire® Mesh Rack Safety Systems offer a durable, versatile wire mesh panel solution that mounts directly to pallet racks to keep stored items contained and secure. With universal installation, advanced bracket designs such as the patented Grrripper Bracket, and robust welded mesh panels, BeastWire® delivers comprehensive rack enclosure, improved safety, and long-term performance across demanding warehouse and manufacturing environments.

Attendees were invited to visit SpaceGuard Products at Booth C14978 to experience the debut of the BeastWire® Tunnel Door and see live demonstrations of engineered rack repair, guarding, and containment solutions. At MODEX 2026, attendees witnessed SpaceGuard’s solutions in action and discovered how its integrated product portfolio is setting a new standard for safer, more efficient, and more adaptable industrial operations.
