RMI earns Microsoft Small Business competency

RMI Corporation has been awarded Microsoft’s Small Business Competency. This, among other awards sets RMI apart from the competition by certifying their reputable skills.  Microsoft awards these certifications to partners who demonstrate exceptional capabilities and experience in their specialized areas. Within the last few months, Steven Pollock, RMI’s IT Administrator completed three Microsoft Certification exams as step one of pursuing the recognition as a Silver Small Business.  In addition to completing the rigorous exams, businesses must submit customer references.  Multiple customers gladly participated after Pollock dedicated his hard work to each customer.

Pollock explains why this is a great step for RMI.  “Preparing for the exams helps to build on an individual’s existing knowledge and experience regarding a particular technology.  It can also increase awareness by providing an opportunity to explore areas and features of that technology that they may not have had otherwise.  This not only allows you to validate that knowledge and experience by passing the exam, but it also allows you to better apply and more efficiently utilize those technologies in your day-to-day work.”

RMI holds a total of five certifications and competencies.  The competencies include Cloud Accelerate, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and the newest, Small Business.  RMI’s ADVANTAGE software is also Certified for Microsoft Dynamics.

As Small Business Specialist, RMI’s customers gain the security of knowing that they are a reputable business with deep knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and advancing technologies needed to serve them without doubt.  The RMI team has the advanced skills and expertise to provide cost effective solutions and services to their customers.
