Purolator appoints manager of Raleigh-Durham branch

Lisa D. Albritton has joined Purolator International as manager of its Raleigh-Durham branch.  Its Raleigh – Durham Branch is one of six Purolator International branches in the company’s Southern District that support Purolator’s rapid growth in the southern United States and beyond. Ms. Albritton is a thirty-year veteran of the logistics and supply chain industry.  Most recently, she was employed by Roadway Express in Operations and Sales.   She has also worked at FedEx Ground, Tompkins International, U.S. Freightways and Custom Logistics Solutions. “Purolator International continues to expand its presence in key U.S. markets,” said Purolator International Vice President, Sales & Marketing Jon Routledge.   “Raleigh is such a key market, and we are pleased that it is headed by Lisa Albritton, a highly experienced veteran of the logistics and supply chain industry.”

“A growing number of North Carolina businesses are recognizing the opportunities and growth potential that exist in the Canadian market,” said Ms. Albritton.  “I am pleased to have joined Purolator International, an industry leader that will enable companies in North Carolina to have their products delivered smoothly and seamlessly north of the border into Canada.” 

Ms. Albritton is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals – Raleigh Round Table, and served on its Board of Directors from 1998 through 2002.  She is a graduate of Meredith College in Raleigh, NC.
