MHEDA invites you to join us August 11-14, 2021 at the JW Marriott Austin Hotel, in vibrant and growing downtown Austin, Texas. We are planning a memorable event designed to give you the opportunity to meet in person with your Material Handling business colleagues. We take your health and safety very seriously and will follow the CDC guidelines and Marriott policy.
New this year for the Convention is the combination of the Exhibitor Showcase with the “main stage” ballroom where we will gather for our keynote presentations, meals, and mini-workshops we are calling MHEDA Talks. Having many of the convention programs all in one room captures the human energy we have all missed from being apart for so long. We promise to do our best to keep the event energizing, engaging and entertaining.
Your participation in MHEDA programming is a testament to the strength and passion MHEDA Members have for this Industry. Thank you for all of your support in 2020. Because of YOU, MHEDA has survived a trying year and we are READY to see you again in person.

New in 2021: Extend your networking and learning goals this summer by attending BOTH the Emerging Leaders Conference AND the Convention, at the JW Marriott in Austin, Texas. This is a great way to connect with even more of your industry peers.
The Emerging Leaders Conference will take place during the day on Wednesday, August 11th. The Convention begins the evening of August 11th with the Opening Party. Register for the Emerging Leaders Conference by June 15th and take $595 off the MHEDA Convention registration!

At this time, Marriott requires mask-wearing in all public areas of the hotel. We have decided that MHEDA will require masks to be worn in all meeting rooms/areas, etc.
MHEDA Gives Back
MHEDA will make a donation to Cannonball Kids Cancer. Cannonball Kids Cancer’s mission is to fund innovative, accessible research for children fighting cancer to provide better treatments and quality of life and to educate for change. Convention attendees may also opt to also make a donation on the registration form.
Given current safety restrictions, MHEDA may be limiting overall attendance based on today’s guidelines. If restrictions become more relaxed as we get closer to the Convention we may expand attendance. Note: Exhibitors are limited to a maximum of two individuals manning their Tabletop Booth and, due to space limitations, MHEDA reserves the right to limit the total number of people attending per company.
