The public is invited to deliver comments at two meetings regarding the comprehensive study of a proposed plan to deepen waterways at the Port of Long Beach.

The meetings are scheduled at 3 p.m. and 6 p.m., Wednesday, November 13, at the Port of Long Beach Administration Building, 415 W. Ocean Blvd. in Long Beach.
