Mr. Shrinkwrap celebrates 25 years of keeping customers covered

Global shrink wrap supply and service company Mr. Shrinkwrap celebrated their 25th anniversary by treating their employees, neighboring businesses and nearby customers to a lunchtime picnic catered by Zac’s Hamburgers. “We love Zac’s Hamburgers because it’s family-operated, and treats customers like family members,” explained Mr. Shrinkwrap President Kevin Comerford. “Likewise, this is a way for us to thank customers for their loyalty and our team for working hard to keep our customers in focus every day.”

The lunchtime celebration was held at their facility at 660 13th Ave. in Prospect Park, and featured Zac’s signature hamburgers, chicken, sausage, pasta, and fruit salad.

Since 1991, Mr. Shrinkwrap has evolved from a local boat covering service to a thriving business with a national scope, offering on-site shrink wrap services and becoming a distributor of shrink film, poly film, heat guns, shrink wrap tape, preservation tape, stretch wrap, self-adhering films and shrink wrap supplies.

And in honor of passing the quarter-century mark, Mr. Shrinkwrap is offering customers free shipping on regularly priced items, except shrink wrap, which is on sale for 10 percent off regular price.

“Mr. Shrinkwrap has provided shrink wrap services for objects ranging in size from retail pharmaceutical containers and jewelry boxes to nuclear power turbines and a replica of an 89-foot-long historic Swedish sailboat,” said Mr. Shrinkwrap President Kevin Comerford. “There’s no size job we can’t get wrapped up quickly and economically.”
