Douglas Battery™, a manufacturer of batteries and chargers for material handling applications, is pleased to stand beside the Industrial Truck Association (ITA) to support the sixth annual National Forklift Safety Day, to be held on June 11, 2019.

ITA’s National Forklift Safety Day serves as a reminder about the safe use of forklifts and the importance of proper operator training to avoid injury while on the job. The ITA works closely with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to implement training programs and develop informative resources to reinforce safe practices in warehouse and distribution environments.
