Stärke Material Handling Group is proud to announce the addition of Rodney Barron, who will assume the role of Sales and Dealer Development Specialist at the material handling equipment manufacturer. Rodney joins Stärke’s newly promoted Marketing Specialist, Justin Engel, as part of a team dedicated to ensuring that Stärke realizes its ambitious growth and development goals for 2016 as Stärke looks to continue its expansion throughout Canada, the United States of America, Mexico and the Caribbean.

In his new role as Stärke’s Sales and Dealer Development Specialist, Barron will also be involved in securing national accounts and sales, while focusing mainly on dealer recruitment and development as Stärke begins its expansion into the major markets throughout North and Central America.

As a lifelong learner who began his career in the material handling industry as a forklift operator, Barron brings a diverse set of skills and experience to Stärke. This includes over 30+ years of experience in a wide assortment of roles, varying from his time as a forklift operator and a first class general machinist, to serving in sales and management positions such as office manager, real-estate agent, and a technical sales representative. “Rodney joins our team with many years of sales / customer service experience. He will surely help Stärke Material Handling Group support and grow our dealer network throughout North America,” says Jim Chesla, Stärke’s VP of Sales and Business Development.

Thus, with a strong understanding of product and industry knowledge along with a team of experts in business and product development, sales, marketing, parts and services, Stärke Material Handling Group is well positioned to follow up its landmark year in 2015, which saw it named in Profit 500’s list of the fastest growing companies in Canada.
