AMSCONCO is a 25 year young, international training and consulting company that deals exclusively with the marketing, managing and, merchandising techniques of the equipment industries aftermarket (product support, parts and service). AMSCONCO also consults and trains in motivation and compensation techniques and programs for all aftermarket personnel. The aftermarket is AMS’s entire business. The company’s efforts are not diluted into other areas of the equipment dealer’s business. John Walker has done training and consulting work for numerous fortune 500 companies and major national and international manufacturers and associations. John Walker has over 40 years experience working with equipment dealers and has, over the past 25 years, performed hundreds of successful on-site dealer evaluations and has made recommendations for turning the dealership parts and service departments completely around. The company has developed a three-day program to analyze the equipment dealer’s parts and service departments and assists the dealership to improve profitability, sales and customer satisfaction in parts and service.
