Nate Service celebrates 5th anniversary with Santana Equipment Trading Company

Nate Service, Senior District Sales Manager for Santana Equipment Trading Company, is celebrating his fifth anniversary with the company this month. Since being hired as an intern in October 2009, Nate has become one of Santana Equipment’s leading salesmen. Nate also began overseeing the company’s management trainee program in 2013.

Nate notes, “The training process is one of the most important parts to being successful in sales and purchasing. I was very pleased with the training Santana Equipment provided me when I started as an intern, and am honored I have been able to help maintain our high standard of training by overseeing the management trainee program.”

Santana Equipment Trading Company currently has three employees on staff that have eclipsed five years of tenure, with a few others to join them in the coming year. Eric Davidson, President and Founder of Santana Equipment, contributes the company’s successful employee retention to its laidback California-style culture. Eric notes, “While company policy places strong emphasis on professionalism and competitiveness, it also promotes positive attitudes and a team-first mentality. Our staff regularly celebrates milestones as a group, and at least once a quarter plans an outing outside the office to form a closer bond with one other.”
